Dear Participants of ICPLC 2002/ARW PLC 2002
Dear Colleagues.

Last year Organization Committee of NATO Advanced Workshop "Physics of Laser Crystals"
was publishing the transactions of the Conference. According to agreement with NATO selected papers which were presented to the Conference, first of all, communications of invited speakers were included to the NATO series book. This book with title "Physics of Laser Crystals", editors J.-C.Krupa and N. Kulagin is publishing by Kluwer Academic Publisher in Brussels this month.

Contents of the book is enclosed to the letter. Copy of the book will be sent to affiliation of every participant.
Separate part of communications which were presented at the Conference in electronic form
according to agreement with editors of European Journal of Applied Physics (France) will be published by the Journal. Selection of the papers was made by the editorial abroad.

Organization Committee thanks the participants of ICPLC 2002/ARW PLC 2002 for joint work and wish everybody health and good luck.

Next Conference- 2nd ICPLC, perhaps, will be organized in Crimea at 2005 year. Our electronic addresses will be same: icplc@kture.kharkov.ua
